Click 'sign up' to create your account, you can use your account to buy or sell pre-loved items.

You can sell and buy: clothes, accessories, shoes, baby & kids toys / accessories / clothes furniture, pet goods, luxury items and childrens. Electrical and counterfeit products are not accepted.

All items go through an approval process, so the items are reviewed before they are listed on the website or the application. All our users sign a decleration confirming their items listed have an accurate description.

If you are selling an item that you want to promote further, you can pay AED 100 for this to be featured on the home page for 14 days. If your photos of the item meet our requirements this may also be featured on our socials.

If you sell an item you will receive the full price you selected to sell the item for. Payments are processed through a third party provider called Stripe. When linking a card to the app you will be directed to stripes terms and conditions and will follow the enrollment process. All payments will be automatically paid into your Pre Amada wallet that you can withdraw at anytime and this will then be transferred to your account details that you had provided on the platform.

You can communicate with the seller by asking questions about the item under the item page. All questions will be public and available for other buyers to review. Once you have purchased the item you will receive the sellers full contact details and collection address.

The buyers details will be available once the transaction has been approved and you've accepted the sale.

All payment is made through the app via a payment integration link called stripe

All items are collection only, we can also recommend some trusted partners who will arrange collection and delivery on larger items such as furniture

If you are unhappy with your item you need to notify the buyer within 2 days of purchase. Between the buyer and seller you can liaise with returning the item to proceed with a refund. For full information please refer to our refund policy.

Your account can get verified once you have received 20 x 5 star ratings. At this point you will send hello@pre-amada.com a request for verification we will share with what documentation you will need to provide for the verification tick.

Once you have purchased your item you will get access to the sellers contact details, you can contact the seller to arrange collection of the item.

If the seller is happy to accept 'offers' on their item this will be an option prior to purchasing, The seller can accept or reject your offer.

All conditions are stated in the description of the item.

You can liaise with the seller to arrange a refund, should you need assistance of the platform you can contact hello@pre-amada.com however Pre Amada is not liable for any returns or refunds.

All luxury items will have their full receipt and any supporting documents

You can liaise with the seller to arrange collection. We can provide you with our delivery partners details to arrange collection of a purchased item.

If you have any particular questions related to an item you can ask this to the seller, all questions will be public.

Our social media platforms may show case specific items, all items must be purchased or sold via the Pre Amada website or mobile application.

Pricing is determined by the seller, you can take the original price and then depending on the condition will factor the price of the item. If you need assistance in calculating the price of an item you can contact our support team at hello@pre-amada.com
