  1. Shipping Options: Our platform only allows for collection only, we recommend a couple of courier suppliers which the buyer can arrange separate to the platform. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the item is delivered to the buyer, either through collection or an agreed-upon delivery method which is outside of the Pre Amada platform. Pre Amada is not liable for the arrangement or execution of collection or delivery; this responsibility lies with the buyer and seller.
  2. Local Pickup: The buyer is responsible for collecting the item from the seller. Both parties must coordinate the pickup time and location. Pre Amada will not be held liable for any issues or disputes that may arise during the local pickup process. Pre Amada recommend a delivery and courier company but will not be liable for any of their services.
  3. Arranged Delivery: If the buyer chooses to arrange delivery of the item, they must take into account that delivery costs will vary depending on the seller’s location. Sellers should provide accurate shipping cost information at the time of purchase, and should not charge any additional handling fees unless explicitly stated in the item description. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and the buyer's location, and sellers should provide estimated delivery times accordingly.
  4. Shipping Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for shipping items promptly and securely. Sellers should provide accurate shipping information, including accurate collection details and where relevant tracking numbers and estimated delivery dates, to the buyer if they hold this information. Buyers are also responsible for complying with all applicable shipping regulations and laws, including those related to hazardous materials, restricted items, and international shipping. Pre Amada will not be held liable for any violations of these regulations by sellers.
  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. When purchasing an item, the approximate location of the seller will be provided on our platform. Buyers should take note of the seller's location and ensure they are comfortable with the potential shipping costs associated with the purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to factor in these costs before finalizing the transaction.
  6. Shipping Issues: In case of any shipping-related issues, such as delays, lost or damaged items, or incorrect delivery addresses, buyers should contact the seller directly to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, buyers can contact our customer support team for assistance.
  7. Delivery Verification: The seller is responsible for ensuring they are providing correct information for the item to be collected by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and obtaining a delivery receipt as proof of delivery. If the item is not collected, the seller may request to cancel the item and request to resell through our platform. The buyer has 2 days to arrange collection, these cases will be reviewed after 7 days of no response from the buyer.
  8. Shipping Liability: Pre Amada is not responsible for any shipping or delivery issues that may arise during the transaction. We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays that may occur during shipping. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the item is shipped safely and securely.
  9. Shipping Updates: Buyers are responsible for updating the shipping information and tracking number on our platform once the item has been shipped. Buyers can track the shipment progress on our platform and will receive updates via email.
